Awhile back we posted an APB on social media asking for your questions related to discipleship and mission. We recently were in Minneapolis at North Heights Church for a Learning Community and we asked some of the leaders there to answer a few of these questions.

One question we got was this:

How did the change to a discipling culture affect your day-to-day work week?

We asked Gina Mueller to answer that question. Gina is the youth pastor at North Heights, and has transitioned their youth ministry to a discipling model (and has the scars to prove it!). She’s an incredible leader with a wealth of wisdom and experience to share. Here’s how moving to a discipling model affected her work week.
